To be eligible for this MozzieProtect coverage, you must fulfils the following requirements:
- Between the age of 18 and 54 years old.
- A Malaysian citizen, or legally residing in Malaysia.
A Boost app user.

*Subject to eligibility conditions, the life assured may renew his coverage for a subsequent period of insurance of one (1) year by paying the premium due upon renewal.

The coverage period is for a period twelve (12) months.
